Well, it's not LEGAL per se... it's just that our legal system has very lenient sentencing for it... and no one cares if you do it either. And I swear that 50% of our city does it... (lives in BC) <.< I think if it were legalized, we'd have far less problems. Seriously.
Also, yes, America is a bit uptight over that issue.

I agree. Crack and heroine are far more dangerous than Marijuana, but the gov doesn't want to look at it that way. They just want a clean nation, which will NEVER happen. They're too stubborn to give up though. Bleh.

I drew him smokin' marijuana because I heard it was permitted there.
And to me, that's pretty cool. I get tired of hearing my friends and family
complaining about how the cops always bust them because of their smokes.
