Excellent picture of Aerith! I also really like her character (Hopeless Aerith Cosplayer here..) I love the way she looks so innocent. >< Poor Aerith! But anyway, the way that you shader her hair is really well done! Her hair is really hard to do. The highlights and shadows look very realistic and nicely place. Her eyes are beautiful--I love the expression in them! And I agree--the hair over the shoulder makes her look so sweet. Having her playing with it slightly, just made it look even better!

Wonderful job! I do want to know.. what did you use to paint this..?

I love the way you have her hair draped over her shoulder; it gives her a rather childish innocence, as does the way that her eyelids droop down slightly. The contrast of the green eyes against the pink dress and brown hair works out quite lovely as well.
