yeap, sometimes it's good to throw a view backwards

Β Hehe well, I did do a couple of neat ones back then Some cringey ones too

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

Spiritofdarkness In reply to leothefox [2019-07-20 14:58:28 +0000 UTC]

... well I guess that's quite usual at everyone, but you know, it's all a matter of perspective

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

leothefox In reply to Spiritofdarkness [2019-07-20 23:37:24 +0000 UTC]

Β True! Some folks prefer stuff I did back then and

I'm like "Please! Don't look at thoooooose!"

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

Spiritofdarkness In reply to leothefox [2019-07-21 07:21:38 +0000 UTC]

yea ... and when I look to that thing that got the most +faves I know that today I would make it better, I see all the crappiness in it ... not to mention the really crappy stuff

... but isn't it funny that we don't throw it away?

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

leothefox In reply to Spiritofdarkness [2019-07-21 12:44:46 +0000 UTC]

Β I think it's because you and are grumbly and opinionated

about our art, but we aren't spiteful enough to remove the ones

we are jealous of Β

Spiritofdarkness In reply to leothefox [2019-07-21 14:05:26 +0000 UTC]

... maybe a bit, I see it rather as some kind of journal ... what I did now for about 20 years, why should I through it away

on each one are coupled so many memories ...

and if it's thrown away it doesn't have absolutely any sens anymoreΒ  ...Β

I also actualized some of them after I've got a new monitor and saw that it was absolutely different than wanted it to be ... but I fixed only the color curve

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

leothefox In reply to Spiritofdarkness [2019-07-21 14:28:58 +0000 UTC]

That is a great way to look at it! That's part of why I

will make notes on each picture about what I was doing

or reading or watching at the time.

I know what you mean! When I changed monitors

once I found all my arts contrasts had evaporated! Another

time I looked at my gallery on a friend's computer and it

looked better than ever on there

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

Spiritofdarkness In reply to leothefox [2019-07-21 14:45:03 +0000 UTC]

I don't really need those notes ... but it's not a bad idea

yea, the monitor .... a print is still the best

... the last time I was supersized how terribly good colors it has on my new mobile

leothefox In reply to Spiritofdarkness [2019-07-22 00:37:04 +0000 UTC]

Β I reference it too, sometimes, I'm like "what was I doing

then?" so I scroll back to find the picture Β

I, although nowhere near your calibre, am glad to look at older or wrong stuff to inform my foolish self about where I'm going with, hmm, well, everything. Not like going over to the dark side or anything mind you,er, what do I even mean by that ? Why am I still talking ?

Awww...hope there are air holes in the lid.
I like the gesture of the arm curving up and the hand holding the jar.
Yet another very well done piece of work!

Where can I get one of those?

I have quite a few of your deviations to go back and comment on

Will do. On a side note, do you know where I can find a fairy?

I don't think there'll be much left of my mind if I finish it

Good thinking! That's probably what was holding it together to begin with XD

You might call me a fairy-expert? -o o o-
you could teach those fancy brain-surgeons a thing or two then!

LeKrowArt In reply to leothefox [2013-03-13 06:08:30 +0000 UTC]

Fairy expert and lighting wizard? You get all the awesome monikers
Yeah, you can't fix things with a medical degree! Unlike duct tape XD

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

leothefox In reply to LeKrowArt [2013-03-14 13:33:53 +0000 UTC]

Can I float my castle on a cloud then? -o o o-
if the medical degree was sticky on the back it might work > o >

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

LeKrowArt In reply to leothefox [2013-03-14 23:04:26 +0000 UTC]

Absolutely. How could a fairy expert not have a floating castle?
That ought to just be the standard for medical degrees. What good is it doing in a frame, anyway?

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

leothefox In reply to LeKrowArt [2013-03-15 06:07:07 +0000 UTC]

Eee! In that case I'll send a flying car or something so you can come visit
the degree ought to have a painkiller or vitamin in it too or something.

LeKrowArt In reply to leothefox [2013-03-16 06:14:02 +0000 UTC]

Flying car? All right!!!
It should come with a T-shirt too, that says something like, "Damn it, Jim, I'm a doctor!"
