Oh, my goodness. It's hard to describe how wonderful a shot like this is. Curving the back like that usually diminishes the details of the musculature of the back and definition of the beginning of the legs. But your lighting managed to retain the graceful femininity of the model.
Then there's the emotion. A sense of despair, but also a loving embrace of herself. "Something to Hold", indeed.
This is what art is about. You left me in a very wordy state of saying "I'm speechless". Because nothing I can say can do justice to the way it moved me.

I'm still thinking about this one. there's the emotional state when you see someone in pain and just want to hold them. There's also the moment where your in pain and just want to be held. It's amazing that when you're alone, you can do both.
