well it depends on how much years u draw and how much u believe in yourself
i already knew how to draw lots of stuff when i was only 2
anime i started to draw when i was 12 yo
now i'm soon 17 and i still not that good
i draw almost everyday and everywhere XD hehe drawing it's my life
i will give u advice
if u wanna get better take a picture and copy that in a traditional way try to copy the style everything
do it alot and to many pictures that other artists drew
believe me u will improve alot!

I started when I was almost 13, I'm just 15 now for not even an month x'D
Started this year with more anime, and since spring with serious drawing!
It's my passion to draw since I was 3 years old, but discovered what I wanted to do exactly: Anime x'D
I started with drawing dawn from pokemon, very embarrasing, but it worked ^_^ then, I kept looking at drawings from google, remembered it, and started drawing anime (:
The thing is: I always stay in the lines, I don't dear to do something like scratching, so it will be beautiful, always keep in the lines...
