I really like whatever you did to create the glasses frames. Did you use a stencil of some sort, to get that perfect oval shape? It's really well done!

Hi, I didn't use a stencil, for part of each frame I created an oval selection and painted into one edge and then freehand brushwork for the remainder of the frames. Thanks for your interest and sorry for the delay replying.

I'm stunned. I love your color choices. The blue accents convey a few things. A sense of poise and dignity with a subtle sense of silence. I love the combination of the splotchy painting with the perfect blends. It instantly gives me the sense of complexity and wonder. The choice of the eyes looking away forces my mind to wonder where he is and what he is looking at. That simple choice alone sucks me into the world of this piece. Well done!
