**

this is a manip that spanned over 3 days. it's simple, and i'm just getting over an artist's block. critique it please, i need it most. but when giving me suggestions, can you please also mention what you *do* like too ?

I have to admit, I smiled when I first saw this manipulation. While the text throws most of it off for me, once I looked past it, I was blown away. If I scrolled down enough to get past the text and straight to the image, it was easy for me to mistake this for a photograph. The rose is perfectly centered, and the butterfly looks ready to spring. It struck me as a very much original piece, and well worth the time that was spent on creating it. The grounding is good, and the entire image is well worth looking at. I was a little perturbed not to see a shadow, even on such a sunny day, but then I noticed it's being cast behind the rock, keeping with reality. Bravo.

thanks so much, i'm glad you enjoyed it. this really helped, i know i need to practice my text placements. i really need to learn how to do that. XD i get many comments saying the text throws them off. oops..

Yes well, you're not top of my list to attempt to talk into an art trade. xD Your work is brilliant, but text, yes does need work. Past that, you really are quite advanced.

IT'S PERFECT !! (as usual) like holy jeez, how many times do you want me to say it ? the only thing that bugs me a little, is the rose. there's like a white glowy outline around the rose. it's very faint, but it bugs me. I'm not sure if it's from cutting out, or it's supposed to be like that.
