A little while ago, I found a great site called Pose Maniacs. It has a huge database of 3D male/female models with the skin removed so you can see the muscles. They have sort of a challenge mode where you have anywhere from 15 to 90 seconds on each pose to help you practice. I did a bunch one day. I really should practice these more often.60 Seconds
