They always swing, just more so recently than usual. Work and very little time to exercise or eat anything that isn't cooked in a microwave will have that effect.

I know what you mean. Sometimes J and I have amazing weeks or even months, but then something happens, or we just feel down, and things don't look as bright. But, in the end, happiness returns. Friends will always be there to help you out. You can count on us for that, as well as other friends I'm sure.

As the old saying goes; this too shall pass. Whether it be happiness or sadness, regret, doubt or anything else, it will always leave way to something else eventually. It's sobering during your highs and it's encouraging during the lows. I try to think of it whenever, that at some point I'll feel better and that's worth waiting for.

I do that as well and it always helps. Everything always gets better when it's bad. Sometimes it gets better really fast, while other times it takes a while, but in the end... it does get better.
