Awesome, love it. I can't think of anything you could do to improve this. The way you've left the top of the can just on makes it seem like the runaway 'worms' have burst out and really are alive.
What is that spiky item on the left? Does it have some deep meaning, or is it just to make the scene seem more real, like in someone's house?

I really love the background in this and the way the light is reflecting off it.
The can in tin bowl really give this a rustic feel, but the slithers of meat give it quite a cold atmosphere [for me personally]
I'm not sure what that other things is there kind of seems out of place because I haven't got a clue as to what it could be.
