flames pattern: friendship-bracelets.net/alpha… - I changed this one a bit, it was too short for a bracelet.
The bookmark pattern was based on kimshyy's G-cat.

You're welcome. No. I make patterns in PCStitch7, it's free editor for crotcheting. You just import a picture and it turns it into a grid. Then you need to fix up some details. Sometimes it takes long time to do it, but it's easier than make it by your own.
