I didn't like to much the basic and stage 1, don't get me wrong, they look awesome, but I'm not into frogs xD
But the third one is really awesome!! I liked it a lot, specially the shape of the upper body. I did something similar, but haven't uploaded yet xD As a recommendation, you should do something in the tail part of it, it looks a little bit awkward. But maybe is just me xD

Really awesome line! The only thing I would suggest is maybe giving the final evolution a piece of coral to hold as well. To me, it seems it would fit better if the final did as well, not just the middle stage. Obviously that's up to you, it's pretty epic either way
