Well first off, this is super adorable c:
But i just have to point out a few things:
First off, You should work on your hands, their not that bad but just work on them o u o
Also, with women, when you want to show the breasts and curves of the body, you should show where tthe hips come out and taper in, like here: [link] and here: [link]
o u o;; Other than anatomy, just work on softening your lines, like on the hair.
Otherwise, you've made a big improvement since you first started.
