Amazing artwork, the smoke really adds mystery and the colour palat is very apealing to look at, but I'd say the eyes look a bit too cold. A cold look gives a certaint deeper feel to the character, but too much takes focus away and makes it a bit less intense. Try if you can make it look like she's intensely focussed on something offscreen, make a viewer wonder what she's aiming at. I hope this helps.
