Mmm wanted to spend more time touching up his arm/foreground/tabard list goes on but I want to start other things.
I didn't give him glowing eyes because theres already enough bright stuff going on, and I gave the dragon glowing eyes, so dont want to have 20309 glowing eyes everywhere.
Plus as you say leaving his face hidden can make you feel more uneasy as you really dont know whats going on under there.

Hey man, that's awesome. Looks great. In my opinion though, the right hand (the axe wielding hand) looks a little strange to me, particularly around the fingers, maybe it's just the darkness/lighting and the fingers are in shadow or something.
It's really cool though, the background is awesome and I'm loving all the small details on the armour and whatnot. Particularly the helmet and the dragon over his left shoulder, looks absolutely amazing man. In fact, this art piece itself as well as the rest of your works, is just amazing, simply put.
Did you try putting some kind of glowing eyes or something within the darkness of the helmet? I know it's cliche but er.. give it a go maybe? It might contrast with the cool glowing blue eyes of the dragon. I can understand though why the helmet would lack a face, let alone eyes.. gives it a sort of.. quieter malice about him, makes him more intimidating so to speak.
