Well, here you have it! This is the quote that you, my watchers, voted for in my recent poll! I hope you like it!I really love drawing my Doctor/River cartoons.
For now, I'll stick to the results of my poll, but later on, I may take requests.
I may redo their hair at some point, because the shading's not quite right. But, hey. What can you do at... 23:01? God, I really need to sleep.

BTW, Jack and River have totally met. Between the 'I said *off*...' thing and the squareness gun, there's no way they've never met. He at least came after her to find the manipulator.

Actually, River stole/took the squareness gun from the TARDIS wardrobe or something like that, and she bought the vortex manipulator. But it is the very same gun Jack used.

Yeah, I know she bought the vortex manipulator - but when Dorium sold it to her, remember how he said 'fresh off the wrist of a handsome Time Agent', then opened it and went 'I said *off* the wrist'? My headcanon is that it's Jack's manipulator and he tracked it to River, and they've met through that.
