Still dabbling. Bear with me. :3I've been submitting a lot of Sherlock fan-art recently, and there's always been a plan to steal John's fluffy jumper.
Because it's so fluffy and hug-able.
And because Martin Freeman is made of kittens.
I had great fun drawing this. The detail on the jumper is fairly accurate, without being too complicated. I used John's jumper as a reference.
About an hour in PS.
Today, for those that are interested, I was listening to Kings of Leon, Bombay Bicycle Club, and Marcus Foster.
I love listening to music when I draw.

It doesn't help that I added 'Sorrow', by The National (which inspired the story) to my mp3 player. Whenever it comes on, and I get to the lyrics 'Don't leave half a heart alone on the water', I lose it.

I decided to listen to "My Immortal" and "The Last Night" while reading it- since it takes a lot for a fanfiction to tear me up, I decided it would help.... um... it wasn't needed, but it did help.

I tried to make iced peach tea when I was abroad recently. Which was interesting with no kettle, no funnel, and nowhere to keep it.
