Ok I got two users on my mac and i used your instructions on one and that worked really well (many thanks for all the work you have put in) but now the with the other one its not working. i went through the process again and managed to do everything except get the actual bar to go black?? Please help me = (

Everything works great except is there anyway to turn the clock to white lettering. It is currently black and hard to see.

Everything seems to be working.. except for the black bar at the top!
The letters up there are now white
the icons (Audio, Wifi, Battery, Bluetooth, Search) are now white too
Selections are Dark Gray
Everything is working as expected.. save for the top bar

Quick question... is there any way to make the percent of the battery show white?
The icon has turned white, but the percent is still black.

it's not possible to change the color...
you could use istatsmenu version 3 (was/is free) to change the color...

Installed this on my Mac with 10.6.8. Great, but how do I get the battery and clock text white? Here it's still showing in black...

hmmm the battery idk atm im sry the clock is done by the iStats Menu app that comes with the .zip... (battery text, some network icons and the character viewer are still black atm sry bout that..)

I'll admit that the look hasn't changed in eons for Mac... but I haven't found a single "suck" feature in Lion thus far. I like it. All of the features that are new are optional, too. It might as well be Snow Leopard with new features.
Now if we can just ditch this silly Aqua theme we've all been tortured with.

Till now Lion is slower at least on my macs (clean installed) i dislike the rounded corners and the whole iOS look... it belongs so small screens not to an 27 inch iMac!
Everything has become more minimal and less colorful... (just my opinion and that's why there wont be a lion version of this...) not to mention the not customizable gestures... which are in no way natural to use 5 fingers...
