Isis was born in a crime family who owns the underground alcohol bars all over Latina City in South Carolina USA during the early 1900’s, however her family had always been willing to do whatever was best and good for their community more than real crime and violence. Isis was always interested in detective movies while growing up focusing on learning secrets and more, so her father invited his old friend a detective of the police department to show and teach Isis how the world of a cop and a detective work, however she had gotten better and surpassed master with the detective and any other cops in the police station and even go further to solve a few cases under the police raider being the Vigilant Crime Empress Godmother of all Latina City while treating her own men and friends like family and all the civilians of Latina as her people without money and power poisoning her mind. However there were some cases where there were criminals or mercenaries from other places in America or all over the world that just wanted to come and cause pain to others and even murder that always anger the Admin family, so Isis puts matters into her own hands to have herself and her crime gang to put a stop to these killers hurting her people. Once she has reached the ones responsible for any evil acts in her city and got done with interrogation for their reasons she turns them into the police, but if they are too evil and hurt or kill her own men and friends, then they go missing and disappear off the face of Latina City by the hands of the Admin family or just the hands of Isis and her appetite for killers.

When Harven Kent aka Dark Prime came to town he took control over the north of Latina City as to go further into killing Isis’s husband Chin G Admin and her stepson Markus K Dust while escaping to the south of Latina City. Right now Isis is doing whatever she can to regain control over Latina and sometimes help the vigilante name the Blue Maned and his friends to solve some cases that are too much for the police to handle even if she convinces the Blue Maned to stop not wanting for him to get hurt by any means necessary even though she, her men and her older and true born son name William G Admin knows that the Blue Maned is just trying as much as he can to help and save his people of the city just like what Isis is trying to do.
