Ten years has passed since the events of Sly Cooper: thief of Virtue and a new and mysterious antagonist going by the name of DR. Tech-No who has been slowly and building himself up under the shadows and the government's radar for ten years waiting for the time to reveal himself to the world as the one-man warlord with his army of machines and robotic troops made from nothing, his ultra powerful robot units called Special Units or S.U. with the strength and power to equally match to Drake Lupus, and his two right hands and second in command named M.O Light and Silver-Dragon. With all of this at his disposal and his friends by his side, Tech-No is ready to start his new game with not just Sly and not just Ned, but for Drake Lupus or the once called the wolf king and or the devil himself.

"Devil? Hah... don't make me laugh. we all know that there is only one who takes that name, and he doesn't show himself in this world. Those who calls themselves the Devil are fouls and even fouls know this, isn't that right Drake the Devil.": Dr. Tech-No (using a speech card he wrote down earlier.)

Dr. Tech-No, Silver-Dragon, and M.O Light are OC Characters I made for the continuing story of the Sly Cooper fan comic called "Sly Cooper: thief of Virtue" which was made by ConnorDavidson himself.
