Although the Eighth Wonder of The World's (admittedly illogical) love of beautiful women has been primarily associated with blondes since his cinematic debut 87 years ago today, he has anything but partiality when it comes to different hair colors or races. This is made especially apparent in a reality where a certain Powhatan princess has left her native Virginia and wound up on Skull Island as the unwilling bride for its king. While she may not be constantly screaming her head off and is genuinely grateful for having her life saved from the island's various prehistoric carnivores, Kong's feelings of love are far from mutual. If anything, Pocahontas finds it more than a little odd that he's so strongly attracted to a much smaller, different species.
