Description First film roll with my Yashica-D. It is a twin-lens reflex Japanese camera from around 1955 when they started to compete with the more famous Rolleicord. It uses 120mm film, it makes 6x6 format photos and it is fully manual.

I am seriously thinking to sell the mighty Nikon F5 and work with this one instead

Yashica-D camera with coated 3-element Yashinon 80mm f3.5 lens • Fuji Superia Reala ISO100 color 120mm film • Fully Manual: 1/125 @ f5.6 • no editing, only signature added in PS CS3

Not bad I almost bought a Yashica-D the last time I went to my photo lab too bad there was way too much fungus inside the lenses .

Thank you kindly, Max. I guess I was lucky with my Yashica-D. It came as used but mostly clean and it took me just 1 or maybe 2 hours to clean it myself but it had no fungus on its lens from the beginning. Oh, and it was quite cheap (60 euros).
