Ursus 1214, heavy 4WD Polish tractor.This one's older model than this one lew-gtr.deviantart.com/art/Mus… - different engine cover.
Also, old black number plates give a nice atmosphere of the 90's. This tractor serves in our local farmstead for years - I remember it fron the childhood. I always loved the badge in front of engine cover, saying INTERCOOLER (I'll try to take a pic of it someday).
Notice the turbocharger near the engine, under the '1214' symbol.
