This is Saphira Bjartskular from the Inheritance Cycle. She is described as having a triangular head, with horns (maybe??? it's been awhile) and long spikes. I've never quite agreed with the cover art for the series (DUDE they drew a FIGURE 8 head not a TRIANGLE, and it makes her look so STUPID), and myself have never quite come up with a favorite design for her. Until probably just now when I did my favorite sketch of her ever, in like... 5-20 min? If that. I wasn't really timing it. Either way, the rush to get this done so I can hit the hay actually produced something I'm really happy with.

Anyone else reminded a bit of Maleficent, the way I did those horns??? XD
