I have not been around for a long time. Here's a model designed by Roman Diaz. Though not the usual ultra complex origami that I go for, I especially like the elegance of this model.Diagrams from Origami Essence by Roman Diaz. Also an online video tutorial has been done by Sara Adams on youtube.

Amazing job! I just attempted this the other day watching the video you described, sadly I didn't listen and wait to get the right size paper, and mine was too small to perform some of the smaller folds, and I gave up about 20 min in. Gonna try again on the right size paper! You did beautifully though!!!! *claps*

Where exactly purchase such a huge piece of origami paper?

25 cm isn't actually all that huge; only like 10 inches. It's the next biggest size from the typical 15 cm, and I think they're both found in most art stores.
