There is something strange going on with Oliver now. He has started to meow and complain. It started last night, and I have no idea what's up. He acts normal most of the time, but now and again he starts yelling at the world. Oliver is not the type of kitty that likes attention, he hates beeing picked up, held and stroaked, he is a cat-cat, and prefers to snuggle up with other cats. But last night I stroaked him for 10 minutes without him taking off. If he doesn't stop this soon I'll take him to the vet to see if something is wrong. Nothing was wrong 2 weeks ago when they got their shots though...Well, this is a portrait of Oliver, in his normal mood. "LET ME GO YOU STUPID PEOPLE!"

Maybe his behavior is just changing. I think that happens with cats like it does people but probably not all of a sudden.
My cat has weird mood swings where sometimes he he likes for me to hold him and other times he just wants to be left alone. I've never really had a cat that wasn't affectionate or wanted to be held, but I have no idea.

Did you think of taking him to the vet and having him tested for allergies?

He is perfectly normal again now. Strange kitty.
But he is probably alergic to some kind of pollen, because this summer he has sneezed at least once a day. Maybe grass or something. Good thing he is an indoor cat that only goes on the grassfree veranda!

He was at the vets 3 weeks ago, all fine then. He probably just got spooked by something.

Hrmm, makes me curious as well. .I suggest also taking him to the vet if that behavior gets more consistant.. Better to be safe than sorry..

Aah, thats good.. I just thought of another reasons if he was still odd again.. When we got our new puppy, out shy, scared cat because alot more social, and wanted pet ALOT, so, perhaps it was a animal. -shrug-

Maybe he's like one of my cats, she cries and cries and then if you go to give her attention she runs away before you can pick her up. She doesn't actually want you to pick her up, just to go out of your way to notice her, lol. Cute picture, I've gotten that glare so often.. hehe

Hmm... yeah, how old is he? Maybe it's just that his moods are changing as he is growing older. Things like that happen with kitties. But if it really does worry you, the vet is a good palce to go.

Sylvester veier 6.5 kilo, og han har veid 8, fΓΈr vi fikk Peekaboo og han begynnte Γ₯ lΓΈpe omkring igjen. Dyrlegene lurer litt pΓ₯ hva vi driver med som fΓ₯r kattene til Γ₯ bli sΓ₯ digre og kraftige.
