Did you do the makeup yourself? I'd love to know how to create a similar effect.

Yes I did all of the makeup :] I used stage makeup for most of it. It's called the Ben Nye makeup kit. I started out with black eyeliners and covered the lids and around the eyes, then smeared the edges with my fingers. Then I got fake blood (that came in the kit) and dripped it all over the face where I wanted it. If you don't have fake blood you can just mix red acrylic paint with corn syrup and then darken it later in photoshop. She also rubbed the blood on her hands and chest for a more convincing effect, and she has on reddish lipstick. Hope that helps! I'm so glad you like it.
