I like it but the laser sword thing is really kinda awful if you ask me.
Also the forearms are the same size/larger than the biceps, which bugs me a lot. The thumb on the right hand also looks out of place (should be closer to the other fingers/fully in view?).
In parts the materials don't look great, like on the right forearm, but in parts they do, like the right leg. The pose also seems very unnatural.
The equaliser looks a bit strange because its 4-2-4-2, vary it a bit.
The mini-descriptions's lines (the ones around them) irritate me on some of them. Needs more consistency (with a circle at the end, without etc.). On one of them, the line overlaps the circle too.
That text you've used is verrry bleh, it looks low quality. There are much better fonts which give that '
Also, the circle logo thing is quite annoying, and you should only really use it next to Thoracik. I would recommend shunting the 'Thoracik v3' text more to the right then adding in a larger 'circle logo' as I call it, in a MUCH better quality. The 'logoes' and also the red to pink circles that are already next to Thoracik look very LQ and pixelated.
The Tronexius in the top-right and the Tronix + Lexileus in the bottom-right especially kills the entire futuristic look of the piece. Kill the text in the bottom left, and use a completely different logo or just greatly minimise that one.
There is a grey line near the bottom which goes through the left arm and left kneecap which I think is a bit annoying.
For the sketches, either live trace them on Illustrator or make them look like more 'technical drawings' (adding boxes, little scribbles which are meant to be writing, lines, tiny numbers which are lengths etc.).
