Finally, it's finished. *-* This took me 10 hours to draw over a course of 2 days.

9/2/16: I'm possibly going to include this in my portfolio for college.

Yoko is the boss of World 7, Volcanic Pools, from Super Monkey Ball Banana Blitz. She is a psychic marmoset that can control various spheres and spike balls. She is able to change the form of the golem-like monster throughout the battle in order to attack you. The puppet she controls is called Magimacaque...it's up to you to pronounce that however you'd like.

I tried recreating the boss fight battle platform and the background of Volcanic Pools as well.

I did a play through of the game three days ago and managed to beat the main game in 2 and a half hours.

Of course, there are the extra worlds Sinking Swamp and Ultra Heaven, but I didn't want to spend all my time perfecting each of the first 8 worlds to get to them.

I haven't played this game in like 5 years so it felt nice to see all the diverse worlds, bosses, and stages again.

As a 12 year old I somehow managed to beat every stage, including the forever frustrating extra world stages...well, except for the infamous 10-5 stage, but that's a valid excuse if you've played this game...you'd feel my pain.

Super Monkey Ball is one of my favorite game series of all time. I completely beat every stage in SMB 1 and 2 on the Gamecube, including Master and Master Extra. Yup. I'm that pro.

Random guy in the distance: "No one cares!"

Anyhoo, out of all the bosses from Banana Blitz I liked Yoko and Magimacaque the most.

And with that said....I drew her.
