this one is preety fantastic
but aint this ryu n' kaiser from BoF 3? if so ryu and kaiser are the very same being cause ryu is a member of the brood and they transform into dragons diferently from BoF 4 where they are gods that summon the dragons

ahahahh!! u realize it!!!! Yes is it!!! i drew it because i love Ryu and Kaiser character design from BOF3! BoF3 is the best of the best Bof ever made. i think. LOL
