Hmm no man. This is not a full blown redo like some of my art 
This one is a simple recoloring of a manga chapter.
It takes hours to recreate it from scratch and honestly i could have done it.
Quite easily in fact, but not This detailed as the mangaka who drew this is god tier
and I frankly speaking had no time man
But yeah drawing muscles/man is waaaaaay harder than women.
But there are quite a few amazing turtorials on the net.

I had the impression he was stronger than Boros, because Saitama went the extra mile and used
more than ONE of his serious series.

ONE himself stated that between Boros and Garou it would be 'one hell of a fight' - they're actually equal and it is, in fact, Garou who's been opponent prophesied for Boros.
And, one more very important fact; Saitama didn't want to kill Garou. He even said that he's fairly sweet guy and wanted to give him a second chance (which he did).
So if even original author says they're equal, how can we argue with that?
