In the El Mañana video, Noodle runs up the stairs followed closely by a steam of bullets. The scene cuts to the helicopters circling the island. Next time we see Noodle, she is on the ground. x
The stairs also change direction in the video.

Actually I think it was because Murdoc sent them after her to fake Noodle's death and kill someone else he already trapped inside the lighthouse.

a. Because of the super soldier testing
b. Murdoc hecked up
c. Giant floating windmill island in restricted airspace
d. ... Demons
