I've had this finished for, like, a week, but I've been debating posting it just because I hate it so much.. XD I just want to ramble about Seine and Loire.

If anyone knows any rivers in France, they will know that Rhône, Loire, and Seine are rivers in France. Rhone's name was unintentional, but after I discovered this, I decided to name these two unnamed characters from Rhone's story after more rivers! Actually, Rhone's father's name, Lyor, is a variation of the region of France, Lyon. DOES ANYONE SENSE A MOTIF?

Interestingly enough, the only character of the four mentioned about that's actually French is Loire, which is pronounced "lwar". Loire is a skilled mercenary. [Insert France joke here.] She was hired by Seine to help him hunt down and kill all of Lyor's descendants, and this includes Rhone! Oh, noooo! Unlike Seine, Loire has nothing against the Lyor's descendants. She pities them in her cold way. She was an orphan recruited and trained in the arts of fighting. She prefers to shoot arrows from afar, but it also quite good at fencing. She has a sword in this picture because Seine was forcing her to use a government issue sword so she would be more accepted.

Seine is a bitter young man. His family was killed by one of Lyor's descendants (Rhone, actually) in a fit of curse-inspired rage. YES, I AM AWARE OF THE CLICHÉ. He's a little younger than Rhone (He's 22, Rhone is 24), and very, very unhappy. POOR SEINE. Anyways, he joined the military as soon as he could so he could learn to fight. Once he was out of the academy, he blackmailed one of his superior officers into granting him access to go off and hunt Lyor's descendants on his own. Crafty.

(SUPER SPOILER TIME!)

So, Seine uses his budget to hire Loire, and the two go off on adventures hunting Rhone down! Fun times! Naturally, the two fall in love, but Seine is no less bitter. When the opportunity arises for Seine to finally kill Rhone, Seine jumps at the chance. WHAT HAPPENS NOW?? I'm actually not entirely sure how it's exactly goes down, but I know Seine is at least mostly successful. Yep.

Fun facts:
-Seine and Loire are only a little younger than Rhone! I created Rhone in seventh grade, and Seine and Loire shortly after because I decided Rhone's story needed some antagonists. -Both Seine and Loire were revamped for this comic: [link] Man, I suck at drawing.
-Seine is really short. Loire is average height.
-The first five tags on this picture (and all my pictures with Rhone, because I use the same tags for all pictures involving Rhone) are "Rhone random sexy ladies man"
-I can't decide if I want Seine to be Irish or British. What to do you think?

WHY THIS PICTURE SUCKS
Ohmanohman, Seine's arms are TEENY. TEENY! He's not supposed to be particularly muscular, but MAN! Also, I abused the straight line tool, making them look blocky in some places and round in others. It doesn't flow. What is UP with those swords? Their faces are really long.. Their horribly drawn noses don't help. I've really been having trouble shading things recently. I suck at drawing in general nowadays. What am I saying? I've always sucked at drawing. D:
