Excela Blueblood, the second in command of the Gems of Destruction. She is tough, stubborn almost always, and reckless; she and Lilith maintain a conflict for the leadership of the group, since the crystal ended up on Earth was an accident. By agreeing to deceive the inhabitants of that world, Excela is in charge of not only defeating all resistance that arises, but also forcing Sci-Twilight to open more worlds to invade. All this in the name of the Lord of Evil.
