That XM8 is not a good gun. In fact, it's discontinued. The gun would literally melt after you fired too many rounds. It was supposed to be a futuristic gun, but it failed horribly. I'll stick with an M16 A4. It's been service since Vietnam. can't go wrong if it's been used for over 40 years.
However, the picture is wonderful. Love the expression on his face and the Abrams in the background. The expression on his face is like this, "I am going to kick in the balls with my steel toe boots if you mess with me."

Dude I would love a quality print of this with a Mk14, Mod 0 instead of an XM8. I would totally be willing to commission it. I'll drop you a line to that effect in case you miss this. I'm getting a gun/gunsmith shop open in the next year hopefully and this would go great on the wall (trying to make it a bit more upscale).

Great pic, only one small thing, more or less just being anal, but the flag should be on the other shoulder and the visible arm should have his unit insignia, and airborne, ranger, or SF tabs if he has any, but other than that the picture freakin' rocks.

while his body is somewhat like blured because of the focus

ahh...is that XM8 i see? (Technically I wouldn't call it bragging after each of the previous posts say xm8 within its first five words, but interesting concept to put it in your work :-P). I like how the color is very dull and natural that associates with the army. Background is awesome.

My thoughts? Well the first thing that comes to mind is what's on the soldier's mind looking at his expression. Very stern. The details on the gun really caught my attention. You are the master when it comes to drawing guns and staying true to their designs
