If you were going for a lineless sort of look, I suggest trying to blend the colors more with the pencil outline so that it's less noticeable.
The way you depicted what you were going for I think was really good, but her eyes seem a bit big compared to her head (I don't know if that's your style, but if it isn't, I suggest making the eyes a bit smaller).
Butterflies don't fly synchronized, so if the butterflies' wings differed a little bit from each other as they lew I feel it would look a bit better.

Fluttershy has always been my favorite Mane 6 pony, and always will be. The "D'aww" factor always goes through the roof whenever she's on screen.
I'm already impressed by your art style for your pony/EQG drawings, but this has to be your best pony drawing yet.
Everything's spot on with Fluttershy's design, and I love what you added to it (slightly altering her mane-style, putting flowers in her tail).
My only nitpick is where you placed your name. Just a tad distracting putting it right next to her leg there. Again, that's only a nitpick. Overall, a super strong effort, and it re-enforces Fluttershy's position as my favorite Mane 6 pony.
