I like it i like it so much, love how the faces almost look mechanical (if you've ever seen A.I - Artificial Intelligence, think of the babysitter with a face & ponytail, nothing inbetween i like it 
the mechanical styling (intentional or not...) makes those ares stand out after my eyes have been draw to thier legs covered in net tutu & stripey tights XD (LOVE STRIPEY TIGHTS!! & tutu's on occasion hehe)
The contrasting makes this image so powerful. I say keep up with the heavy contrast, it really really works well when you do this.
btw did you mean for the shapes of the models hands to represent anything, as the dark hair girls fingers upo the chin of lady light, offers the imagery almot of a gun opinting towards the light away from darkness. (ok getting a bit poetical there, ill try to stop hehe) as with dark elfy females chin is barely touched by lady light as thoguh elfy is almost slipping away from light into the land of fishnet nights & sexy tutu's 
it's a pity that the opposite arms arent in view,
