God bless this self-sufficient Garg-Lady!
(Is there a full-color update of her coming sometime? :3)

I sure hope so! I've been so sick with chronic illness(es) that I had to go to the urgent care center recently. :C So I'm trying to be patient with myself. I think after Halloween, it'll be easier, as I'm having to choose between drawing or decorating. Given that I'm a freak about Halloween the way many people are about Christmas, I'm choosing Halloween for my mental (un)health. XD I've also been hinting to my mother to either get me a computer or a wireless drawing tablet (why do both computer tablets and drawing tablets have to be named the same thing??) for Christmas. I get the feeling she'll settle for a tablet if she gets me either. XD She is hateful toward me, but at least she likes throwing money at me. Lol.
If I had the energy and I'll admit, the interest (ngl, fandom drama killed it for me, but it's slowly coming back...), I'd bring back the Monthly Gargoyles Contest, and probably The Gathering. I do have con experience, but I'll admit that I never got to go to The Gathering. :/ But I suppose now that it's not being held by anyone (and hasn't in a LONG freakin' time), it should be up for grabs. Not sure. It may have to go by another name, given that I unfortunately don't get along with the person it previously was overseen by.

I never got to go to The Gathering, which I also admit was a major sad-pandas moment for me. I think the last year it happened I was 18 or 19, and trying to figure out payment for college was enough of a headache, let alone trying to get my parents (then divorced) to help me financially to go to a place by myself I had never been and they werent very supportive of. (I was a nerdy kid who liked comics and cartoons and videogames, and the idea of letting me hang out with 'online friends' who were 10+ years older than me and I had never met IRL was the early 2000s equivalent of setting up another Johnny Gosh situation.) I cant even remember who used to run the thing, I thought for some reason it was like ex-cast members who came up with it? Was it entirely a fan-made shindig?

It was a fan-made thing that got the attention of the cast members via getting the attention they deserved. Greg Weisman decided to make Lexington gay because his voice actor is, and because the fans approved, mostly I think because of feedback at the Gathering. I'm personally not a fan of that decision, but whatever, lol.
It was Jen Anderson, aka CrzyDemona, who hosted the thing almost from the start. I cannot remember who hosted the first one or two back in the late 90's. But I believe it was also called something else back then, too.
Gosh, I didn't realize you were so much younger than me! For some reason, I thought we were the same or almost the same age. I'm 36 as of August, in case I'm wrong, lol.
By Johnny Gosh, did you mean Johnny Gosch? Had to look it up. Damn, that's both scary and kinda funny in a horrible way. O_o
