Chibi request done for , her lovely OC goth couple - Sophia and Angel
For some reason I found this the most difficult to make request so far
I don't know, maybe it's because of all the details...
And Angel's sleeveless coat gave me hell! D: I had know idea how to draw it with him in this position 
But in the end I think it turned out okay 
AND I absolutely LOVED drawing Sophia's hair~
All those waves and curls were fun to do <3Anyway, hope you like!

I don't blame ya for disliking details, the term "painstakingly difficult" is not one to take lightly ^_^ I agree, DETAILS ARE EVIL!!!!! ^_^

Haha most of my drawings tend to lack details, and if I do take the time to do them it's on rare occasion
Oh! And D8 is kinda like a face if you look at it sideways! XD The D is the mouth and the 8 is a pair of eyes

I'll have to take a look through your gallery when I get the chance and decide for myself whether their detailed or not, cuz whats to me really difficult and highly detailed, could to you be really easy to do, so you might have what I'd call detail in your work even though you don't think you do yourself, aaaaaand, pauses to make sure that garbled mess makes sense, lol

Holy crap this is adorable.;
First of all,her hair is gorgeous!<3 So much detail,how do you manage.D:> Also,same goes for her dress.I'd kill for that dress I would wear it irl I swear.>wx; And all that lace and-oh!How do you even shade I suck SO bad at traditional shading.;wx This is just like,kickass awesome.<3 His sleeves look fine to me~
I'm really diggin' his eyes.Is the background transparent?I think it iiis~ I probably couldn't do transparent backgrounds with scanned images it sounds hard.xD; I have a few friends that are really good at it though.Are you open for requests,dare I ask~?

The hair was fun to draw ^^ Even with details, it's not very hard 
The shading...hmm well, I start off with the first layer of marker (flat colors) and I simply add a second layer for the primary shades. Again, this is flat colors, no extra lines or shades, I do it layer by layer. I usually leave the clothes at two layers, since the shadows on material are simpler than on hair. As for the hair, I continue with adding smaller shades on the bigger ones I've already done, to darken them in some places, sometimes also a few random lines, to give the hair more fluffiness and that's about it ^^ Oh, and the trick to shading black hair: colorless blender or white pencil crayon (in this case it's the crayon) XD
It wasn't the sleeves actually, it was the material laying on the ground that caused me trouble TuT I suck at folds and creases orz.
The background is colored actually...
I'm afraid I'm a bit flooded with requests at the moment, also have so little time for them due to Uni
