Her name is Marlene. She's the owner of the Decay Circus. She's one of those people who enjoy the suffering of other people. Specially the ones under her comands. If someone wants to be part of Decay Circus, she will always says 'yes' if Marlene detects hidden talents, but careful: When you sign your contract, it has to be with your blood. Then it becomes in an unbreakable contract. One thing is for sure, you will be famous but she will be the owner of yourself.
New character for Decay Circus Series. At first I wanted a more complicated image, but I got bored too soon of it -_-, because I'm starting a new project. Anyway, maybe some day I finished this idea
