Psalm 421 As the deer pants for streams of water, so my soul pants for you, O God.
2 My soul thirsts for God, for the living God. When can I go and meet with God?
We can learn a LOT of things from Jesus everyday.
So we can be excited and glad that we have Him.
How to do it:
- Read the Bible
Matthew, Mark, Luke and John for stories about Jesus
(altough the whole Bible is about Jesus
)Think about what you read.
Take time. Relax. What do I do already? What do I want to do after I've read the Bible?
Pray to Jesus
that he shows you how and gives you the power to live like he did. He will!
Be excited and glad
about what Jesus does in your life!

Btw: I copied the scenes from the story "The diamond in the cracknel" (orig."Paperino e il croccante al diamante") by Giorgo Cavazzano which was released in Topolino 1108 in 1977 and 1989 in the LTB 110.
It's one of the best comic stories I've ever read, because it teaches so much.
It teaches about the desires of man. A very serious topic packed in a 'childish' (although very real) story.
Also it's drawn in a very expressive way (as you can see). You can nearly feel yourself how the characters are feeling.
Challenging + wise + fun. That's my favorite style of comic.
I'd really want to know what you think about it.

yes we should be excited, but not if He came like that... "For if someone says to you, 'Look, he is here in the inner rooms,' do not go there, and if someone says to you, 'Look, he is in the desert,' do not go there, for when He comes," the whole world will know at once.
I love the cartoon-ness of it! especially the crowd's legs, lots of expression there!

yes i know what you mean and i thought of that verse when i drew it. but i mainly think of being excited to listen to hear His word so read tha bible and other good books, listen to good sermons, biblestudy with others, worship etc.

Awesome idea! Just one question: when you say you "copied" this page, did you draw it yourself, trace it, or simply scan it in and change the words in the bubbles? 'Cuz the latter way is technically copyright infringement, and could cause it to be taken off dA. Still, great concept! ^^
