Description
Companion piece (pun intended) to "Time Lord in Blue." I considered putting a pink and yellow wash over Rose, the way the Doctor has a blue wash over him in the other painting, but decided against it in the end. Rose is pink and yellow all on her own. ^_^This is NOT a Photoshop filter, every stroke is painted by me.
