David Tennant is my favorite doctor. He moved me to tears on several occasions, a feat that the others have yet to do. Rose and Metacrisis Doctor are my OTP. I was sooooo tempted to put more shiny sparklies in this picture... Swirling galaxies, some stars... But in the end, I kept it simple. To let the man be the one that shines. ^_^ The pinstripes are not perfect... I drew them in by hand. I couldn't just NOT draw in the pinstripes... That would be like not letting the 10th Doctor have a banana. (No, that's not a euphemism.)
