The title is so lame... can't find a better one..haha.Hmmm... I think Fullmoon is very cute name for her..lol
This is a character design illustration I did recently to relax my mind..I had to finish this illustration quickly so couldn't even think of the background. I am very busy with my college right now... T.T

enyway, great idea, and great pikture, its simply a nother world, that has less Gravity, so a Balloon that has less helium than water in it can fly,
and the food could be a special food, that can simply be gotten with a chemical prozess, from helium and Water, wich happens within this special typ of fish, oh, and that way, the helum would slowly become less, thats why, the Fish also hast to preduce helium.
so, you have a Pepetoomobilee fish, congrats ! nice work on achieving that !

i think the eye need more detail , cuz the eye decide the beauty of the girl face ~ add eye flash maybe , and more sprakle ? the body is perfect to me the face didnt look appear mux , but rlly cute though
try different eye to see which style suit yuu best

Maybe the problem is I had to finish this artwork quickly, I have another college task in 3D animation to be completed... that's why I couldn't stay too long in this artwork.. I finish this faster than my usual artwork... Thank you very much for your critiques, I promise I will do better next time...

yeah, haha, but you know, I dislike 3D now... not the animation, but the process.. I need to modelling the character, rigging it (add bone to it so it can move) and so many problem in 3D.
hard? The difference between 2D an 3D animation is..hmm..maybe you can say, 2D and 3D have the same animation principles..it depends on what you like, 2D needs more drawing skill, you have to draw so many frames, but 3D needs more software skill (3dsmax, maya, softimage).. and animating in 3D is easier, because you just need to move the body.. but again, this is personal feeling..
I am the director of this project, and my team is really hard to work together (10 peoples).. some of them are very lazy and they could just ruin this project....
I prefer 2D animation, I wish I could go to japan later after I graduate and work in a studio, then I want to make my own 2D animation (anime) movie.. lol..
haha...I will think about it.. haha... Maybe the result will be good... but I don't know, I can't promise it, we are working in a team, and not all team member have good skills... 1 more week and it will finish!!
the problem is: I am quite confident in my animation quality, but it is not the only factor in a good 3D animation movie, we need modelling, rigging, morphing, and a good teamwork.. My team lack of them... quite sad.. I want 2D animation..that's my passion, not 3D again..lol.. XD
sorry I write so much here..haha, but that's the fact of my project now... Thanks for reading... haha..

oh my , yuu team sound hopeless but keep it up together~ sure yuu can make it
2D is hard to me , to make a moving object took me 3 days straight to do it and make it look rit DX , but again 3D have so many number need to remember and many fonts suff so ...i dun think my head cant' take it all XD....
