Atsuko Kagari (aka Akko) from Little Witch Academia. I drew her in Shiny Chariot getup.This is my first drawing ever, so it's kinda basic. Also, I originally wanted to add some background but I couldn't come up with anything that looked good so I'm leaving it like that for now.
