I noticed I haven't uploaded a picture of my Fuu Cosplay. Well.. here it is! XDWe took this picture last summer, but unfortunately, everything went wrong. x-x" First the sword of my boyfriend's Mugen Cosplay broke, the sun went down and there were only clouds (we wanted to take beautiful sunset pictures ;__;") and the mood was down... X__X" so there aren't many good photos. We'll take some new pictures this year. :3
But I like this picture, nevertheless. It was taken by ~Franky-chan

It was wooden but it broke? The handle had issues? Usually ones I see are carved in 2 pieces. 1 for the sword and hilt and one for the hand guard.

It was a samurai sword of wood? Try to make it as 1 long piece, then put a small other piece on as the handle, but he may have done that.
