No pattern, but they're easy to make. I just make a long rectangle, single crocheting in the back loops in each row, then whip stitch the ends together to make the band. As for the bow part, I just single crochet a smaller rectangle, and then single crochet around the border to help keep it's shape. Then tie it to the band. 

I hope that makes sense. I hardly ever follow patterns because I have hard time understanding them and everything made from them turns out rubbish. ;^-^
