my fav character from axis power hetalia!! Arthur kirkland/UK/England...the guy with the epic eyebrows :3anyway, I started with a pen sketch and thought it looked quite nice, so I colored it. I just think his shoulders are to small.
I used a big atlantis ballpoint pen and watercolors
please let me know what you think ^w^
UK/England belongs to Hidekaz Himaruya.
