This is OC JOKO, whom I don't know anything about so there isn't much to write here.is doing a giveaway and they requested that people post pictures of their OCs and other artists could draw them. I picked Joko because I thought he was interesting looking.
I ended up finding that I actually had a lot of brushes that worked well for this picture. Things that would make it look grungy which I thought seemed like it would go with this characters look. I'm actually pretty happy with it, I think it looks pretty good.

(Actually all of the things you mentioned were not even my ideas. Ha ha)
The horns were like that on the persons drawing of them.
The grungy stuff was made by brushes, so I didn't have to draw any of it.
And the colors were like that on the drawing too.

(Also, I'm glad I saw the word "mask" in the tags on your picture of him, at first I just thought his face had no features...I also didn't see that you had more than one picture of him in your gallery, so I was just drawing based off of that one forward facing image.)
