"Hey man, are you about done in there? The show's starting soon." Pax Murray heard the voice of Keen one of her bandmates on the other side of the dressing-room door.
"I feel dumb. I don't wanna go out there like this." She told him.
"But we said if we made enough money at our last show that the fans could vote for what you'd wear next time."
"Who's cruddy idea was that anyway?! And why the heck do my fans hate me so much that they'd do THIS to me?!"
"I dunno Pax...Forget about the outfit we gotta go rock out!"
"How can I rock out looking like freakin cotton candy?!"
"C'mon Pax! It can't be that bad! I think you'll look just fine."
"Think again. I look horrible."
"Just come on out already!"
"...Okay fine. But you better not laugh..."
She opened the dressing-room door and stepped out. "...Well, how bad is it?
"It's not. It just doesn't look like your taste, and like you're uncomfortable in it, but it doesn't look bad." Keen said.
"Well, goofy lookin' or not I guess the show must go on right?"
Keen laughed "Yep. Let's go rock!"
